I visited the town with great expectations and indeed was not disappointed in any way. I have visited many "ceramic" towns over the years, all had something to offer but this one has a wealth of ceramics from traditional to technical to modern. Any potter seeing Höhr-Grenzhausen would wear out their camera at just the local ceramic sights. The museum was fantastic, the diverse range of ceramics both here and all over the town make this an "Aladdins Cave" of ceramics.
